This was my first minor league card of Alomar. Alomar started to develop as a big-time prospect during his time with the Wichita Pilots, the AA team for the San Diego Padres. It is interesting to note that he wore #15 with the Pilots, the number he would wear for most of his Major League career, particularly with the Indians. I got this card in a trade when I had a renewed interest in Alomar cards.
