In 1996, Stadium Club released two versions of its base cards: silver and gold. These were not parallels. One was for hobby release and the other for retail release. I believe the silver was for retail and is generally harder to find. I still needed the Alomar for quite awhile until I found it on Sportlots one day. The problem is that most of the time, sellers do not bother to tell which version they are selling, so I generally assume it is the hobby version to avoid needlessly wasting money. Luckily, this seller knew there was a difference.
