I recently saw a Sandy Alomar Jr. lot for sale on Ebay. I have made it a habit of looking over the pictures carefully in these items because you never know what you might find. This inexpensive auction paid off in a big way. The lot was advertized as having a number of inserts and parallels, but I was shocked when I came across this Ultra Platinum Medallion. These cards are not easy to find. This one is serial-numbered out of just 98. It may be a long time before I find something else like this, but you can bet after this one I will be checking every lot.
