Bowman's Best was Bowman's attempt to make a higher-end card capturing the foil and chrome craze. They did start making Bowman chrome as well, but Bowman's Best came first. This was definitely a 90's thing, with the bright colors and gaudy designs. The cards looked decent, and the refractors were definitely cool, but these cards don't really stand the test of time.
