Topps was very boring in the late 1990's. The sets were much smaller, meaning fewer overall players available. The designs were simplistic, the colors were boring. Even a lot of the photography was uninspired. So that brings us to this card. Boring design, boring photo. At least Alomar was in the set though, so there's that.
