2001 was the end of the road for Pacific. I never really understood what happened. I was very disappointed because I liked Pacific from a team collector standpoint. They always had some interesting player selections. I have no doubt that if Pacific had been around in 2007, they would have released a card of Alomar with the Mets. I like this shot of Alomar in full catchers' gear with the hockey style mask.
