The first card is a regular 1996 Fleer card, with the matte finish, but it has silver foil lettering instead of the gold foil lettering. I have no idea how this happened, but apparently it was fairly common. I don't know how people got a hold of them either. Definitely an odd item and not one that is seen very often.
The second card is the Donruss Limited Exposure card, but with a non-glossy finish. It looks like the base card but the Limited Exposure language is there underneath the card number. Again, this probably started out as a printing error, but it was a very common one.
