In 1991, O-Pee-Chee released a set separate and distinct from its usual French-language version of Topps. This was the first year O-Pee-Chee did this and they would keep it going for a few more years. O-Pee-Chee still retained the French language information and also still released the typical version of Topps's base set as well. I like the action in this picture but the shadows are a little much.
